“Comfort” Movie Review

I’m not real big on Romantic Comedies; however, “Comfort” is an exception to the rule. This gem  is sweet without being diabetes inducing. “Comfort”

A late night courier boy agrees to pick up the feisty daughter of an important client. The two youngsters form a close connection and spend two nights exploring LA’s local food scene while their romance blossoms. (IMDbPro)

Actors Chris Dinh and Julie Zhan are perfect together. They have chemistry. You either have it, or you don’t. It’s difficult to work with someone without this chemistry, especially if there are romantic scenes.

“Comfort” is a wonderful romantic story.

My opinion and rating for “Comfort.”

I so enjoyed this film. It is worth watching; especially if you enjoy romantic films that don’t shove the romance down your throat.

There is comedy, drama and food throughout “Comfort” and I love it.

5/5 stars

Indie films are really worth your time and small amount of money you pay for them. There are many theaters that play the latest Indie films. You can watch them on your TV. Check my article for ‘Indemand” for this month…there is one up for every month. You can also watch them online for a small amount of money. If you’re still in doubt about the value of the Indie film, the film that took “Best Picture” at the Oscars this year, “Moonlight” is an Indie film. As a parting thought, Indie films often have actual original plots, little to no CGI and excellent actors, some big stars, some new and upcoming actors. Enjoy!

Always interested in a good indie film, my taste run towards Horror and documentaries. Rom-coms are my least favorite genre, but I will always take a look for the better good of the site. I've reviewed films for seven years and want to do it for about 20 more...we will see.
