“Cameraperson” documentary review

What do I mean about detached? Below is my video-review of the film “Cameraperson.”

It’s obvious that this film is a hodge podge of ‘B roll.’ B roll is film used for things like flashbacks and often just scenes that may never be used.

I really had trouble watching “Cameraperson” as it doesn’t have a plot, it just goes from here to there and never connects in anyway. There is however a few interesting scenes that do make sense together. They are intertwined, but interesting. They are scenes and interviews with an older woman who had lived through the ethnic cleansing. I believe this particular cleansing was in Bosnia.

A good filmmaker makes a boring film. It happens…next time..
