‘The Hunger Games’ tops box office – Disney’s Dino comes in second Terra King November 29, 2015 Featured Slider, Hollywood News “The Hunger Games Mockingjay Pt 2” on top of box office It’s the holiday season and the theater will soon see such films as: “Krampus” which is a horror flick and perfect for Christmas time. “Christmas Eve” starring Jon Heder and Patrick Stewart, “MI-5” which has no Tom Cruise at all and the documentary “Hitchcock/Truffaut.” This last film is a documentary: Synopsis In 1962, Hitchcock and Truffaut locked themselves away in Hollywood for a week to excavate the secrets behind the mise-en-scène in cinema. Based on the original recordings of this meeting—used to produce the mythical book Hitchcock/Truffaut—this film illustrates the greatest cinema lesson of all time and plummets us into the world of the creator of Psycho, The Birds, and Vertigo. (Movie Insider). As far as this weekend goes “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay 2” has grabbed the audience to end the series that has been so popular. It’s not “Harry Potter,” but it’s good. Coming in second is Disney’s adorable “The Good Dinosaur.” Disney has a few other animated films coming out that will give the studio another chance to be on top.
